Rapper Kodak Black was sentenced to more than three years in a federal prison following his guilty plea to weapons charges from his arrest back in May.
The “Zeze” rapper who now goes by the legal name of Bill Kapri (Kodak) admitted in August to falsifying information on federal forms to buy four firearms from a Miami-area gun shop twice!
It was reported that he got some scolding from the U.S. District Court Judge Federico Moreno just before receiving his sentence,
“Young people do stupid things,” Moreno told Kodak. “But the problem is that you’ve been doing stupid things since you were 15.”
the “Roll in Peace” rapper took accountability for his actions and issued an apology.
“I’m sorry for the actions that led me for where I’m standing,” Kodak said. “I do take full responsibility for my mishap.”
